The accommodation was well converted in the 1980s and properly maintained ever since. Most rooms have terracotta floors and all enjoy good views from their windows to the south and west over the rural valley below and the surrounding wooded foothills of the Pratomagno.

Land and Garden
Over the last thirty years, the owners imported a number of specimen trees and shrubs from the UK, which are now scattered around the gardens making for a most pleasant and varied atmosphere on the various garden terraces below and above the farmhouse.
The gardens and the land have about 60 good olive trees for the production of ones own private olive oil. Otherwise the land is largely uncultivated.

There is a gas fired central heating and hot water boiler as well as a private water supply. The private water supply is from a tank fed by a spring on the upper terraces above the farmhouse. The property also is connected to the mains water supply. Mains electricity.
