Bibbiena is 5km away and contains a number of shops ond restaurants while the property overlooks the monastery and town of Chiusi della Verna. The nearest airports are Forli (1 hour) Florence (90 minutes) and Pisa (2 1/2 hours).

About a fifty minute drive away is the ski resort of Burraia
