The former Etruscan hilltop city of Cortona, which is full of artistic and architectural gems is just 13km away. This city was the setting for the book Under the Tuscan Sun and was written here as well. The property is in the Provincia of Arezzo which is about 15km away and has all the services and amenities of a city.

The Monte San Savino exit of the A1 Autostrada is 25 minutes away providing quick access to Rome and Florence.
