The property lies a fifteen minutes drive from Bucine while nearby there is a small hill top village with a shop while the A1 Autostrada, linking Rome with Milan, is half an hour away and provides quick access to Florence (about 60 mins) and Pisa.

The property is approached from the main road from two 100m graveled drives one of which leads to the main entrance and the other to the courtyard, it faces mainly south and west, enjoys fabulous views and is very private and secluded.

The Property (310sqm)

The private drive leads to a graveled turning area and to an east facing terrace, off which are well shaded gardens and the main entrance which has large double doors. The main doors lead to a charming hall with an attractive stone staircase leading to the first floor. The main hall leads to the study (16m²), bedroom 1 (15m²) and bathroom 1 (10m²) off which is a substantial terrace with access to the gardens and swimming pool terraces. The study enjoys French windows to the east facing terrace and gardens.

The Garden
